Swema 3000mdH+ is a multifunctional micromanometer (±10.000 Pa) and logger with external anemometers, temperature and humidity probes, leakage testers and modems.
It is designed for accurate ventilation testing, adjustment and balancing (TAB), aswell as for industry and research applications.
Swema 3000mdH+ includes a number of specific measuring programs complying with EN 16211, 12599 or ISO 7730. Air velocity is measured with a pitot-static tube. Air flow is displayed from air velocities across an area or measured on a valve with a valve k-factor.
The built-in barometer and thermocouple connector allows for automatically air density compensation of the air velocity and flow.
SwemaTwin is a practical and fast method for adjustment and balancing of ventilation systems using Bluetooth modems.
There are a number of sensors that can be connected one at a time.
Air velocity and flow
SWA 32 / 32E, a telescopic anemomenter that measures air velocity and temperature. Air flow is calculated according EN 16211 method ID 2.
Draught
SWA 03 according to ISO 7730.
Relative Humidity
External sensors that measure relative humidity (%RH) and temperature. Swema 3000 presents also dewpoint (°C) and water content (g water / kg dry air).
Temperature
SWA 14,50-56 or Thermocuople Type K for air, liquid and material.
Measuring programs
For the external sensor and the built-in manometer there is a wide array of measuring programs in Swema 3000. For example Comfort (CO) for the draught sensor, air flow in duct (APF) for anemometer and differential pressure sensors, logging (LOG) and averge (AP) for all sensors.
m-manometer
The built-in manometer (m) that measures differential pressure together with a pitot static tube or a anemometer SWA 32/32E the air velocity is measured and air flow in a ventilation duct is presented. (Measuring program APF according to EN 16211 method ID 1, ID 3) At a supply or exhaust valve measurement with k-factor and differential pressure can be used. (EN 16211 method ST 1, ET 1).
The instrument has a built-in differential pressure sensor and a zeroing valve for automatic zeroing the differential pressure sensor for each time a measurement is taken. The valve can be deactivated so each measurement is taken slightly faster.
d-density
Barometer and thermocouple connector with thermocouple for automatic air density compensation.
Select Real or Standard air flow, where standard is the flow if the air measured was converted to 20deg C and 1013 hPa.
Calibration
Since Swema 3000md contains a barometer and differential pressure sensor it is recommended to calibrate every year.
External sensors are indivually calibrated and need not to be calibrated together with Swema 3000.
